1.     Marina Mall Hotel 540 sq ft – studio on the 36th floor with full Marina view facing towards Burj Dubai (HOT!)

Selling Price – 2,400,000 (all in)

2.     Burj Views 783 sq ft – 1 BR on the 2nd floor with partial Burj view / full community view (Burj Dubai Down town)

I am expecting a price range of 2.4 Mio (net) for each.

I MUST sell the hotel studio before end of May. Therefore, the price is negotiable.
