Terms of Service:

Advertising on RealVisionHomes.com follows a "bid to buy" procedure. The minimum timeframe for advertising on the site is 1 calendar month and the maximum block booking is 3 calendar months.

RealVisionHomes.com is currently a free access resource to end users, and is keen to keep it that way and hence does not encourage or entertain monopoly of advertising to a single client or offer preffered rates to any single advertiser.

Bookings and Payment:

Payment is to be made in full prior to booking advertising space on RealVisionHomes.com and start of ad campaign is from the 1st of each calendar month.
Adverts automatically expire at the end of the term of the ad contract.

New ad space bookings are open from the 15th of each calendar month on a first come first serve basis. Unless an ad position has already been booked for the maximum of 3 calendar months.

Renewals are to be made and full payment confirmed to successfully book ad space on the site.

Advert Tracking:

Ad impressions and click data can only be provided to the client in Raw Log format and RealVisionHomes.com "banner advert module" output.

Additional tracking or click processing and goal conversions should be done and monitored by clients on their own website.
