Year-end financial reports released by Aldar and Sorouh have revealed net gains for both companies. Sorouh Real Estate announced a net profit rise of 42% (to $485.6m), generated solely by operating activities. Aldar, in turn, posted a net income increase of 77.5%, though the profit margin was undefined.
