Dubai Sports City executives today announced delivery of the first villas of the Victory Heights luxury development, which consists of 964 townhouses and villas. The Els Club, a championship golf course designed by the three-time major winner from South Africa, Ernie Els, which forms the centrepiece of the Victory Heights community, was opened in April 2008.
