MMS LIVE Property Update : Easy and economical

Any real estate agent that is in the field, can on a daily basis update their clients with progress of construction and/or on vacant properties for sale by using a camera phone and an MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) account.

In the UAE, subscribing to, and enabling MMS functionality on a mobile phone is as easy as sending an SMS to the mobile phone operator. Automatic settings in most cases get sent back to by SMS and get installed on the phone. All that is needed is a good camera equipped phone (most modern phones have MMS and 3G as standard)

How does MMS benefit the Real Estate Agent?:

In a typical scenario, an agent has a property for sale in an upcoming project in one of the Emirates of the UAE. The agent needs to visit the location of the project just once and take with him/her, an MMS capable mobile phone.

A typical MMS message, as opposed to standard SMS is that it can be sent to any mobile phone number or Email address and can contain a photograph with additional text and even a video clip with voice over!
The Photograph can of course be taken live, with the same camera cell-phone and be of the interiors of a villa, an apartment, a retail location for sale or rent and the surrounding neighborhood.

More enterprising agents can shoot a very descriptive 30 second to a minute video of the location and attach it to the MMS.

Of course this cost will grow if an agent needs to send MMS messages to a client base of around 50 or more people and also if they are international clients.
