Quick resizing of Property Photographs
A common problem faced by many real estate agents and home sellers, when listing their property on listing sites, is when they fill in a lengthy form and then proceed to upload a few photographs of the property.
Many times, the listing automatically generates an error if the photograph size is too big, and will warn you to size it down.
While this is inconvienant, it’s even worse if the error generates, has wiped out all the info that you have filled in, and you have to start all over again…

This utility is only 160 kb! and downloads in a few seconds. Setup is easy and simple. It is made for non tech people to use.
Simply install it on your desktop, and drag pictures with your mouse over to the sofware window to have them quickly resized. At the moment this seems to be a Windows only utility, not for Mac users, but its something that has been lacking from the stock installation of Windows.
Grab this little gem, while its still free, and if you use it often enough, a small donation to the web site author would not be wrong! It converts both .gif and jpeg images to jpeg and lets you control jpeg conversion settings to achieve best file size.
