Following up on our previous post to the home flipping quiz, It inspired us enough to do some more searching for a tool or product that would help train real estate agents in the UAE, for the next inevitable phase or trend in Real Estate here.
As mentioned, We have a strong inclination to believe that as with everything shiny and luxurious that is Dubai, the trend with people’s choice of housing - at least the ones with eccentric lifestyle tastes, will soon mean that you will see people moving out from some of their older homes (constructed just 5 years ago) to villas and apartments with more ‘bling’.
Nakheel’s fabulous Palm Jumeirah waterfront villas or the next generation locales of Business Bay and hi tech buildings like Omniyat Properties’ THE PAD are just too tempting when you are bored with your current habitat!
How can the smart Real Estate Agent or clever Home Investor benefit from this trend?

So you’ve heard of the term ‘flipping houses’. Chances are however, that the context in which house flipping is used in this region, is only one flavor of the art.
With city block after city block being built in dubai, and talk of even more housing units coming online, both Real estate agents and Investors, have quite a different perspective on what house flipping is!
Flipping Property locally, boardly means, buying a property at launch prices, or next best installment due date, then holding it for a while, and re-selling at a profit.
But at Real Vision, we know, that soon enough, the regional market will be well ’settled in’, with people moving into the city, and making way for Dubai Real Estate ver2.0!

A common problem faced by many real estate agents and home sellers, when listing their property on listing sites, is when they fill in a lengthy form and then proceed to upload a few photographs of the property.
Many times, the listing automatically generates an error if the photograph size is too big, and will warn you to size it down.

Despair not, we will attempt to decode the multitude of terms that make up the unique and interesting language of the real estate market in the UAE.
